Chipped Beef Ball

 


2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
2 packages (3 ounces each) dried beef, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
3 Tablespoons prepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients, but reserve some beef for the outside. Form into a ball, then roll in reserved beef. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with crackers or bread cups.

Makes 12 servings.
