Emeril's Southwest Seasoning

 


2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 Tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon dried oregano

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Yields about ½ cup or 58 ½ teaspoon servings.
