Ultimate Veggie Dip

 


1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup light mayonnaise
½ packet dry veggie soup mix
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
½ cup roasted red peppers (packed in water), patted dry and chopped
1 Tablespoon dried minced onion

Thoroughly mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and soup mix. Stir in spinach, peppers, and onion.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Makes 8 servings.
