Bloody Mary Ketchup


¾ cup good quality organic ketchup
1 rounded Tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 Tablespoons minced celery tops
¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper

Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Makes 4 servings.
