1 (10 ounce) baguette, sliced ¼ inch thick (about 60 slices)
6 ounces extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange baguette slices on two large rimmed baking sheets; brush or drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until golden, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets.
