Crunchy Banana Bites


1 cup Fiber One bran cereal (original, in stick form, not flakes)
½ cup reduced fat (2%) milk
3 over-ripe medium bananas
9 packets Splenda sweetener
1 cup raisins
¼ cup olive oil
1 egg
1¼ cup self rising flour

Preheat oven to 425° F.

In large mixing bowl place cereal and milk. Mix in bananas and let stand 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add sweetener, raisins and mixture of olive oil and egg. Add flour and mix to even consistency.

Bake in paper-lined mini-muffin tins for 10 to 12 minutes, or until tops are lightly brown.

Makes 12 servings.
