Goat Cheese Crostini with Pistachios and Honey

 


½ a recipe of crostini (30 pieces)
8 ounces soft goat cheese, room temperature
1 cup dry roasted and salted pistachio nuggets, coursely chopped
½ cup honey

Prepare the crostini per the recipe. Spread each slice with about ½ a tablespoon of goat cheese. Cover them all evenly with the pistachios, and then drizzle with honey.

Makes 30 pieces.
