Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

 


1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 jars (6 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer to an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
