Maryland Crabcakes

From Donna Hammer

3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 beaten egg
2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce
1½ teaspoons Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon honey mustard
3 slices Wonder white bread, torn into small pieces (no substitutes *)
1 pound lump crab meat

Combine first six ingredients in a medium bowl. Gently fold in crab to avoid breaking up lumps. Form into four even cakes. Broil about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.

Makes 4 servings.

* It's essential that you use Wonder bread for this recipe, as it is so full of air that it can be used as a binder, yet virtually disappears.
