1 stick butter
2 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
½ cup milk
½ cup peanut butter (regular or chunky)
3 cups raw quick-cooking rolled oats
Put butter, sugar, salt, and milk in large saucepan on low heat; dissove sugar. Do not boil. Add peanut butter; dissolve. Turn off heat. Add oatmeal and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and cool. Ready to eat.
