Ground Beef BBQ

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 14-ounce bottle ketchup
  • 7 ounces water (fill ketchup bottle half way and shake to get all the ketchup out)
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1½ teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Brown ground beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through and flavors have integrated, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve on your choice of sandwich roll, or eat it with a fork.
