Reuben Pizza


2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese
1 can (14.5 ounces) sauerkraut, slightly drained
1½ cups grated Swiss cheese
1 pound deli sliced corned beef
Pizza shell (e.g., Boboli)
1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)

Combine the cream cheese, sauerkraut, 1 cup of the Swiss cheese, and the corned beef in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 2 hours.

Spread on pizza shell. Top with remaining ½ cup Swiss cheese and caraway seeds. Bake at 425° F for 15 minutes.

Makes 8 servings.
