Smoked Salmon Bagels
1 countainer (8 ounces) whipped cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
3 ounces smoked salmon, finely diced
4 green onions, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh dill weed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 bagels (any flavor), cut in half lengthwise
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salmon, green onions, dill weed, and lemon juice; mix well. Spread evenly over the cut side of each bagel half and serve immediately.
Note: If you'd like to lighten up the spread, use reduced-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
