Todd's Ham Salad

 


  • 4 cups finely diced cooked ham, fat removed
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix well.

Can be served on bread, rolls, wraps, or plain.

Makes 12 servings.
