2 slices white bread
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 slice tomato, from the largest, reddest tomato you can find
1 pinch Kosher salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of bread. Place tomato slice on the mayonnaise on one of the bread slices, and season with salt and pepper. Place the other bread slice, mayonnaise side down, on top of the tomato.
