Artichoke Dip

8 Servings


  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts (in water), rinsed well and chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Mix well. Spread into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly brown.
