Spiced Rosemary Nuts

  • 2 cups dry roasted, salted mixed nuts (such as walnuts, almonds, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts, etc.)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preheat the oven to 350° F with the rack in the middle of the oven.

In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until combined. Spread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet and bake 10 minutes, until fragrant and toasted. Let cool completely before serving.
