Caesar Salad

Cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and then wash, rinse, and dry, preferably in a salad spinner.

Toss the lettuce, dressing and croutons thoroughly.

Top each serving with grated Parmesan cheese.


Note: Store clean, dry lettuce in paper-towel lined zippered storage bags in the refrigerator until ready to use.
