Tuna Pea Wiggle

 

4 Servings


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 5-ounce can tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed

Melt butter over low heat. Add flour and pepper. Stir until well blended. Remove from heat.

Gradually stir in milk and return to heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth. Add tuna and peas, and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve over toast, biscuits, crackers, or mashed potatoes.
