Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 2 6-ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer to an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
