No-Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (or chunky)
  • 3 cups raw quick-cooking rolled oats

Put butter, sugar, salt, and milk in large saucepan on low heat; dissove sugar. Do not boil. Add peanut butter; dissolve. Turn off heat. Add oatmeal and mix. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and cool. Ready to eat.
